Shipping and Returns Policy
Shipping fees can be found by adding items to your cart and entering in your ship to zip code.

Orders are processed Monday through Thursday 8:00am to 3:00pm CST and Friday, 8:00am to 1:00pm CST. New orders entered on Fridays after 1:00 pm central time will not be processed until the following business day.
We primarily ship via UPS and FedEx ground services due to low cost and reliability for domestic orders. For the quickest possible service, we try to ship from the warehouse closest to you. Shipping rates are subject to change based on the actual size, weight of the product and the carrier availability for shipment, as well as their shipping limitations. Generally tires, parts and accessories ship within 24 hours after the order is processed Monday through Thursday but can take up to 3-4 business days dependent upon your location and the shipping carriers timeframe. Wheels typically ship within 1 to 3 business days dependent upon product availability. The shipping carrier tracking information will be sent to the email address on file with the order once the order has completed processing. Parts and accessories are not able to be shipped to Hawaii, Alaska or Guam or to any APO/FPO addresses.
All tires shipped overseas to APO/FPO addresses are shipped via USPS PRIORITY or USPS PARCEL POST dependent upon the weight, size and shipping location. The shipping charges may change due to the weight , size and shipping location. You will be contacted PRIOR to the order being processed if the shipping charges are more than the estimated amount on your order.
Delivery times are not guaranteed. Tracking numbers will not be provided for APO/FPO orders. Some larger size tires and parts and accessory items cannot be shipped to APO/FPO locations. Some larger tire sizes also may not be able to be shipped via USPS Priority, and must be shipped via Parcel Post which is an approximate 4 to 8 week delivery time. Non CONUS orders are primarily shipped Fed Ex 2day. Orders to Puerto Rico are shipped primarily via USPS Parcel Select.
If an incorrect shipping address is provided to Ordertire.com, and an address change has to be made after the order has shipped, there will be a fee that will be charged to the customer. If merchandise is refused and returned to the warehouse, customers are subsequently charged for the original outgoing shipping costs as well as costs that we incur from the carrier for return shipping.
It is the customer's responsibility to find out if their local AAFES operated car care center accepts shipments. We do not ship to Firestone locations, or any other location on post that may be privatized unless the customer obtains prior permission. It is the customer's responsibility to verify the size and fitment of their vehicle for product thru manufacturer specs or private mechanic.
All returns are subject to inspection by our returns specialist and are only accepted within 30 days of purchase for tires or wheels and 15 days on parts and accessories.. Only unused product that have not been mounted, driven on, installed and are not damaged are eligible for return. ALL WHEELS AND PARTS WILL INCUR A 15% RESTOCK FEE. The customer is responsible for all shipping fees associated with a return.
